Participants identify their personal commitment to create a highly effective team and draft a personal commitment statement to become a more effective leader.
Model The 7 Habits
Participants determine the type of leader they want to be and learn how to live and model the 7 Habits by intentionally applying and internalizing the habits. In the process, they improve skills for both seeking and being open to feedback.
Reinforce The 7 Habits
Participants create an effective environment for leaders and teams by integrating the 7 Habits everywhere. They learn how to be an effective coach by focusing on what their team members are doing right. They encourage their people to reflect on their own behaviors, listen empathically, and then share suggestions on how to be understood. Weekly checkpoint meetings solidify the 7 Habits a key part of the team culture.
