Nadeem is an energetic and experienced Learning & Development specialist and qualified effectiveness coach with over 25 years corporate and senior management experience gained within a broad range of organizations across different countries.
The focus of Nadeem’s work is to initiate and encourage behavior changes in support of personal and organizational development; changes that will improve performance in an increasingly competitive environment where people are often the only differentiator.
Nadeem has a proven track record of successfully managing professional teams and achieving results in the Jordan, with focus on sales management, marketing, and Management. Nadeem held several senior executive positions including, Head of Retail, and General Manager within the training & consulting sector.
Nadeem’s achievements include: Establishment and Management of the First “Outdoor Sales Team” within the banking industry in Jordan. Establishment and Management of the First “Bancassurance” operation in Jordan Management of Sales, operations, training, and business support to 300+ personnel across 90 branches within the financial industry. Influencing and training more than 1000 participants per year, across different managerial levels/sectors/countries.
Nadeem’s personal experience, and the clients with whom he works, represent a number of industries including banking and finance, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Media, Service industries and multiple Governmental organizations across the GCC with clients such as Nestle, Etisalat, ADIA, ConocoPhillips, SABIC, Saudi Airlines, Saudi Electricity, Chevron, Americana, BSI, BCG and many more.
