Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) has partnered with FranklinCovey Middle East, the world leader in leadership development and organizational performance improvement. The move is part of SPIMACO's learning academy to expand the range of programs it offers employees, and further strengthens its commitment to create an institutional learning environment.
The collaboration will focus on developing and enriching employee capabilities through a combination of face-to-face classroom sessions, reinforcement coaching, on-demand learning and assessments.

The partnership is set to kick off with an 18-month leadership development plan for 225 supervisors. The first batch of participants is scheduled to begin in August 2023, followed by a second cohort in Q1-2024.
