FranklinCovey Middle East, a leader in organizational performance improvement that creates and, on a subscription basis, distributes world-class content, training, processes, and tools that organizations and individuals use to achieve systemic changes in human behavior to transform their results, was honored to be a part of the Institute of Banking Studies' (KIBS) prestigious closing ceremony to conclude the "FranklinCovey Emerging & Executive Leaders Program," which was designed to develop emerging executives and leaders from Kuwait's banking sector.
Over the course of four months, managers from a variety of Kuwaiti banks engaged in the FranklinCovey program, designed to sharpen leadership and management skills. The journey began with an in-person gathering in February and recently culminated in a remarkable closing ceremony held at The Four Seasons in Kuwait.
Reham Al Mujalhem, a participant from Burgan Bank, highlighted the program's hybrid training approach, remarking, "If it weren't for the flexibility of hybrid training, I wouldn't have been able to sign up for this amazing program."
