Oman Airport leaders share their feedback following their participation in the "Qiyadat" flagship leadership development program, conducted in collaboration with FranklinCovey Middle East as a strategic partner. This program, specifically tailored to the high-performing staff of Oman Airport, is a two-phase journey. In phase one, participants had to go through Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," where they learn timeless principles of effectiveness. In phase two, they explore the "4 Essential Roles of Leadership" program.
The participants expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights and skills gained during this program, which are seen as instrumental in fostering local talent within the aviation sector. "Qiyadat" equips our employees with the knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for career advancement and prepares them to take on leadership roles in the future.
