The Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most diversified and leading business conglomerates, in partnership with FranklinCovey Middle East, a global leader in leadership development, is proud to announce the graduation of 35 Emiratis from the SINYAR "Management Trainee" programme. This initiative is part of the Fresh Graduate Programme within the Al-Futtaim Group's SINYAR Emiratisation Platform.
This programme aims to develop Emirati graduates who harbour ambitions to excel within the Al-Futtaim Group. It focuses on nurturing key competencies such as enhanced communication skills, refined problem-solving acumen, exceptional teamwork expertise, and robust leadership capabilities. The framework encourages innovation and creativity whilst simultaneously fast-tracking career progression.
Spanning 18 months, the SINYAR Management Training Programme integrates FranklinCovey's esteemed leadership development methodologies to offer an enriching e-learning experience. This particular batch of promising Emirati graduates embarked on their journey in March 2022, culminating in an illustrious graduation ceremony in July 2023. This milestone symbolises a monumental achievement in the trajectory of the SINYAR Management Training Programme.
Featuring six immersive learning themes, the programme has been meticulously curated to equip graduates with a holistic skill set, resulting in an impressive utilisation rate amongst the 35 graduates. The graduation ceremony, inaugurated by Mr Omar Elamin, President of Orient Insurance and Acting Group HR Director, underscores the organisation's unswerving commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and leadership development within its workforce.
Embracing a cross-functional approach, the programme has encompassed participants from diverse business divisions within Al-Futtaim Group, including Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Financial Services, Education, and Corporate. The harmonious blend of various disciplines adds depth to the learning experience, enhancing the programme's broad appeal and effectiveness.
