Omantel Case Study

Omantel, FranklinCovey Middle East, and FranklinCovey Custom Courses partnered together to design, develop, and implement a high-potential development program for approximately 300 leaders.

This program had high visibility across the organization as well as executive support in the C-Suite. The program spanned two years and intentionally followed a 70-20-10 learning approach, with approximately 70% of participant time devoted to on-the-job projects.

Along with participant engagement and feedback, ultimate program success was evaluated based on those project outcomes. Participants engaged in an on-the-job project in both year one and year two of the program.
